Take your experience to the next level with Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga with Ann Green. It is an experience that builds a true connection between your movement and the water. It offers exciting challenges for all experience levels. For beginners, SUP Yoga consists of simple yoga poses that develop your body awareness. For those who find the most advanced poses effortless, performing them on a paddleboard will add a new dimension and humble many of those who have mastered these poses.
